Accessibility Statement Willow Muay Thai
Our commitment
Willow Muay Thai is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We are actively working to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and, in doing so, aim to adhere to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.
Measures we take
- Semantic HTML structure with landmarks, headings, and labels.
- Keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators throughout.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds WCAG 2.2 AA where possible.
- Text alternatives for informative images; decorative images are ignored by assistive tech.
- Caption support for videos that include speech; transcripts upon request.
- Support for prefers-reduced-motion to reduce animation.
Conformance status
We aim for WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. While we strive for full compliance, some content may not yet fully meet the standard. See “Known limitations” below.
Compatibility & technical specifications
The site is designed to be compatible with modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and devices, including mobile. The site relies on HTML5, CSS, and minimal JavaScript. Embedded third-party content (e.g., Google Maps, social media links) may have their own accessibility constraints.

Known limitations & alternatives
- Third-party embeds: Google Maps and social media content are provided by external platforms and may not fully meet WCAG. Alternative: use the “Open in Google Maps” link or contact us for directions.
- Legacy videos or user-generated clips: Some older videos may lack synchronized captions. Alternative: request a transcript or summary via email, and we will provide it.
Assessment approach
Our accessibility efforts include automated testing (Lighthouse, axe, WAVE) and manual keyboard and screen reader checks (NVDA/VoiceOver). We review new content before publishing and perform periodic audits.
Enforcement procedure
If you believe we have not addressed your concern adequately, please contact us again using the details above. We will escalate internally to ensure appropriate action is taken.
